SIGN YOUR WAIVER

Participant understands that boating on the Silver River and at Salt Springs involves inherent risks beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to: wildlife encounters (alligators, manatees, and other native species); shallow water, submerged logs, rocks, sandbars, and other natural hazards; current, changing water levels, and unpredictable weather; traffic from other vessels, tour boats, kayaks, tubers, snorkelers, and swimmers; designated swim areas, springs, and congested sections with heavy recreational use; and slipping, falling, or capsizing while boarding, riding, or exiting the vessel. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown, on whichever location is used, on behalf of themselves and all passengers in their party.

• The renter signing this Waiver must be at least 21 years of age.
• Vessel operators may be as young as 13 years old, provided they are accompanied by an adult on the vessel at all times while operating it.
• Children under 13 years old may not operate the vessel.
• Minimum recommended passenger age is 3 years old with a properly fitted USCG-approved life jacket.

• Wear USCG-approved life jackets at all times when required by law.
• Keep the kill switch lanyard / battery disconnect leash attached while operating.
• Remain seated while the vessel is moving.
• Do not exceed the vessel's maximum passenger capacity.
• No standing, jumping, or horseplay.
• Operate at idle speed in no-wake zones and near other vessels, swimmers, and wildlife.
• Obey all Florida boating laws and posted signage.

• No alcohol is permitted on board the vessel or on the river.
• No drugs or illegal substances are permitted.
• Anyone under the influence may be denied service or have their rental terminated immediately without refund.

Renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, grounding, collision, or violation of this agreement. Renter is responsible for lost or missing equipment. Renter agrees to pay for repair, replacement, towing, recovery, cleaning, or retrieval costs resulting from their actions. Late returns may incur additional hourly charges.

• Do not approach, feed, or touch any wildlife, including manatees and alligators — both are protected by state and federal law.
• Maintain a safe, respectful distance from all animals encountered on the river.
• Stay within designated navigable channels and posted boundaries at all times.
• Vessel must remain on the location checked above and may not be operated on any other waterway without the Company's prior written consent.
• Leave no trace. Take all trash with you and respect other guests and the natural environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Participant releases, waives, and discharges River Glide Adventures LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the rented vessel, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims brought by other passengers or third parties arising from Participant's operation of the vessel.

In case of emergency, Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary and accepts financial responsibility for the cost of that treatment.

River Glide Adventures LLC reserves the right to terminate this rental at any time without refund for: alcohol or drug use; reckless or unsafe operation; harassing wildlife; ignoring staff instructions; or any other unsafe behavior.

Participant confirms they have read and understood this Waiver, are physically able to participate, and are signing freely and voluntarily on behalf of themselves and any minors in their party.
